These terms govern your use of nodeyon.com and any services delivered by Nodeyon. By engaging us you accept these terms.
Services
We deliver automation, AI, CRM and integration services as described in each written proposal or Statement of Work.
Payment
Fixed-scope projects require a 50% deposit before work begins. Retainers are billed monthly in advance. Invoices are due within 7 days.
Ownership
Upon full payment, all custom code, workflows and configurations built for you become your property. We retain the right to reuse generic techniques and internal libraries.
Confidentiality
We treat all client information as confidential and can sign a mutual NDA on request.
Refunds & cancellation
Retainers can be cancelled anytime with 14 days notice. Fixed-scope deposits are non-refundable once discovery has started but can be credited to future work.
Liability
Our total liability under any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement in the preceding 3 months.
